Timplates 2025 Wrapped: The Wins, the Growth, the Gratitude

As we closed the tabs on another big year, we reflected on the work that made 2025 one of our most fulfilling years yet.

It was a year of refinement. Of asking, how can we do what we do better, easier, and with more intention?

The answer wasn’t just in new systems or more templates (though there were plenty of both). It was in the way we worked.

Here are some of our biggest highlights from the year:

We introduced a 4-day work week

And it worked.

In 2025, we shifted to a four-day week. An intentional decision to support our team’s wellbeing while maintaining our high standards for delivery and quality.

The results?

  • Our projects continued running smoothly.
  • Our team felt more focused, energised, and rested.
  • And our clients didn’t even notice the change, because the work still got done, beautifully.

It’s been one of our proudest changes, and a reminder that productivity and care can coexist.

We launched a new booking system

No more back-and-forth emails.

We launched two new booking links so clients can now find time with the right person at the right stage of their project:

  • Stacey for general consultations, creative studio enquiries, and new project chats.
  • Tim for technical builds, advanced functionality, and platform-specific questions.

It’s a small change that’s already made a big impact on how quickly we can support our clients.

We built more annual report templates than ever

From NGOs to major corporates, 2025 was the year of the annual report and we loved every bit of it.

We focused on building templates that were not only on-brand and beautiful but actually usable by internal teams. Think:

  • Editable content blocks
  • Pre-set tables and charts
  • Accessibility checks baked in
  • Clean formatting that doesn’t fall apart on edit

Annual reports might not sound glamorous, but when they’re done right, they’re powerful. And we’re proud to be known for it.

We embedded accessibility as standard

In 2025, we continued our focus on building templates that don’t just look good, but work well for every user.

Our design reviews now include standard checks for:

  • Font readability
  • Logical content order
  • Colour contrast
  • Keyboard navigation (where relevant)

Templates are often a user's first point of contact with a brand. So we believe accessibility isn’t optional; it’s essential.

We created across every platform

PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva, Google Docs. Whatever our clients were working in, we were right there with them.

This year, we also helped clients fix templates that were generated by AI tools (and looked great… until they didn’t). It’s become a common request, and one we’re happy to handle—because tools change, but good templating still needs expertise.

And now… rest

We’ll be closed from December 19 to January 5 to recharge, reset, and prepare for a big year ahead.

If you’ve worked with us this year, thank you.

If you’re planning to in 2026, we can’t wait to meet you.

Here’s to great templates, happy teams, and work that works.

See you in 2026.
