FSC needed a partner for ongoing design, build and rollout of all kinds of templates globally - from PowerPoint presentations to social media tiles, you name it, we did it!
When FSC, the international non-profit dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world's forests, unveiled their fresh new identity, they faced an immediate challenge: aligning all internal marketing assets to their revamped brand guidelines. Timplates stepped in to deliver a comprehensive set of internal templates that matched the refreshed brand identity.
The Challenge
Following the rollout of a striking new brand identity, FSC required an overhaul of their internal marketing and communication materials. It wasn't just about aesthetics; the templates had to be user-friendly, consistent, and highly functional for diverse teams worldwide. Moreover, each template needed to faithfully adhere to detailed new brand guidelines while accommodating a variety of user skill levels.
Our Solution
We collaborated closely with the FSC team, ensuring each template not only matched the new visual guidelines but also enhanced usability across multiple Microsoft Office 365 platforms, including Word and PowerPoint. Understanding that templates would be used across various regions and user capabilities, ease of use and clarity were at the forefront of our design process. Addressing limitations specific to each software (like avoiding custom fonts, complex paragraph spacing, and borders), we designed intuitive templates that empowered FSC staff to maintain brand consistency effortlessly.
Post-delivery, we stayed closely involved, ensuring templates were effectively implemented via FSC's intranet, and providing ongoing support to guarantee smooth adoption across all internal teams.
The Outcome
The delivered templates significantly streamlined FSC’s internal communication, enhanced brand consistency across the organisation, and simplified day-to-day marketing tasks. Staff could now easily create on-brand materials, freeing them to focus on their core work—supporting responsible forestry around the globe.
